It did not fit in the first pair of shoes I tried to get them in because the shoes were narrow and this was broad and I would have to cut a lot of it.However, put them in a second pair of shoes that had no support and these made the shoes feel great.

First of all, these are a bit pricey. However, they are well constructed and of good quality. The packaging is also very nice which I would expect for the price. I like that they have a scan code that provides answers to any questions.

These insoles are incredible. I was a gymnast growing up, and naturally had a higher arch over time that has decreased causing me to have ongoing back issues. They have helped me get that arch back and decreased the uncomfort.
