Terms - 1. Discount Codes 1.1 General 1.1.1 The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, issue promotional discount codes (“Discount Codes”) which provide a monetary or percentage reduction on qualifying purchases. 1.1.2 Discount Codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, auctioned, or otherwise distributed without the Promoter’s prior written consent. 1.1.3 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or refuse any Discount Code at any time without notice where it reasonably suspects misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms. ________________________________________ 1.2 Eligibility & Use 1.2.1 Unless otherwise stated, Discount Codes are limited to one use per person, per account. 1.2.2 A valid purchase is required to redeem a Discount Code. Minimum spend requirements may apply as specified in the relevant promotion. 1.2.3 Discount Codes may only be used on eligible products, entry options, or subscription packages as specified at the time of issue. 1.2.4 Discount Codes cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, or discount unless explicitly stated. ________________________________________ 1.3 Redemption 1.3.1 Discount Codes may be redeemed by entering the code manually / copying the code when displayed and adding at checkout or, where applicable, by selecting or accepting the code which will automatically apply the discount to the qualifying purchase. 1.3.2 Where a Discount Code is accepted or selected within the platform, the relevant discount may be automatically applied to the user’s basket at checkout, subject to all applicable conditions being met. 1.3.3 It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the Discount Code has been correctly applied before completing the purchase. The Promoter accepts no liability for Discount Codes not applied due to user error or failure to follow the redemption process. 1.3.4 Discount Codes cannot be applied retrospectively once a purchase has been completed. ________________________________________ 1.4 Restrictions 1.4.1 Discount Codes are time-limited and must be used before the stated expiry date. 1.4.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or invalidate any Discount Code where: • It has been used in breach of these Terms; • It has been obtained or used fraudulently; • A technical error has occurred affecting its validity. 1.4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute or remove any promotion associated with a Discount Code without prior notice. ________________________________________ 1.5 Refunds & Adjustments 1.5.1 Where a purchase made using a Discount Code is refunded, the refund will reflect the amount actually paid by the user. 1.5.2 Discount Codes will not be reissued or reinstated following a refund, cancellation, or failed transaction. ________________________________________

The promotional offer applies exclusively to a £25.00 subscription to Jispwin. 3. Eligible subscribers will receive 25% cashback on the £25.00 subscription fee. 4. Cashback will be credited to the subscriber only after successful completion of the subscription purchase, within 3 working days. 5. This promotion is valid for the first month of subscription only and does not apply to subsequent months. 6. The promotional code may be redeemed once per subscriber and is non-transferable. 7. The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers. 8. The promotional code has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged or refunded. 9. The promotion is not applicable to renewals, upgrades, or alternative subscription plans. 10. All subscribers must meet Jispwin’s standard eligibility and account requirements as set out in our general T’s & C’s. 11. Jispwin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice. 12. Any misuse, abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in the cashback being withheld or the subscription being cancelled at Jispwin’s sole discretion.
