This includes content marketing, social media, email newsletters, etc. However, certain methods are prohibited, including but not limited to spamming, unsolicited emails, or any form of deceptive advertising. 3. Commission and Payment Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on sales made through their unique affiliate link, excluding returns and cancellations. Payments will be made through the Awin network according to its payment schedule. 4. Intellectual Property Forest Blends grants affiliates a non-exclusive, revocable right to use our trademarks, logos, and promotional materials for the sole purpose of promoting our products. These materials must be used appropriately and within the guidelines provided byForest Blends. 5. Compliance with Laws Affiliates must ensure that their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to advertising standards, privacy laws, and anti-spam legislation. 6. Liability and Indemnification Forest Blends is not liable for any damages arising from the affiliate’s promotional activities. Affiliates agree to indemnify [Your Brand] against any claims or legal actions related to their promotional methods. 7. Termination Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the affiliate must remove all promotional materials and links relating to Forest Blends. 8.
