Terms - Luff Sleep - 10% Discount Offer Terms & Conditions This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Luff Sleep 10% discount offer, valid from 13th May 2025 to 30th June 2025. Affiliate Terms & Conditions for the 10% Discount Offer These terms apply to affiliates participating in the Luff Sleep Awin programme and promoting the 10% discount offer. Offer Promotion: Affiliates are authorised to promote a 10% discount offer to their audience for purchases made on luffsleep.co.uk. Promotional Period: The offer may be promoted by affiliates from Tuesday, 13th May 2025 until Sunday, 30th June 2025 (inclusive). Affiliates must cease active promotion of this specific discount code after 23:59 BST on 30th June 2025. Discount Code Usage: Affiliates must use the official discount codePartner10 The discount code must be clearly and accurately communicated to the audience. Offer Communication: Affiliates must clearly state the offer terms to their audience, including the 10% discount, the validity period (13th May 2025 – 30th June 2025), and that it applies to purchases on luffsleep.co.uk. Commission: Commission will be paid on the net sales value (excluding VAT, shipping, and returns) after the 10% discount has been applied, in accordance with the commission rates agreed in the affiliate's Awin agreement with Luff Sleep. Promotional Guidelines: All promotional activities must comply with the Luff Sleep Awin programme terms and conditions, Awin network policies, and all relevant UK advertising standards and regulations (including ASA/CAP codes). Affiliates must not engage in misleading or deceptive advertising practices. Brand bidding (including variations and misspellings of "Luff Sleep") on PPC platforms is strictly prohibited unless explicit written permission is granted by Luff Sleep. Affiliates must not use the discount code on any websites or platforms that are not owned or directly managed by them without prior approval. The discount code should not be promoted as a higher value than 10% off. Monitoring & Compliance: Luff Sleep reserve the right to monitor affiliate activity. Non-compliance with these terms, the general Awin programme terms, or Awin network policies may result in the withholding of commissions and/or removal from the Luff Sleep affiliate programme. Offer Modification & Termination: Luff Sleep reserves the right to modify or terminate this specific promotional offer for affiliates at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
