Refunds Refund of original qualifying purchases is available within our normal Refund terms and conditions. Gift Cards must be un-used and unspent in order to qualify for a full refund. If the Gift Card is not returned fully un-used with the watch when refunded, the Watches of Switzerland Group reserves the right to deduct the value of the Gift Card (£150 or £250) from the watch purchase price refund.
